Experience and Background

Prior to founding Sharp Law APC, Maxx built his litigation experience at distinguished Orange County law firms, where he handled complex shareholder disputes, e commerce and payment processing conflicts, unlawful business practices, and high exposure commercial litigation matters.

He has also served on litigation teams representing public entities, including the County of Orange and the City of Irvine, assisting in trial preparation and dispute resolution involving municipal and regulatory matters. While many business disputes resolve prior to trial, Maxx prepares every case with a litigation ready strategy designed to maximize leverage and client outcomes. Maxx has remained actively engaged in the legal community and professional leadership throughout his career. From the beginning of his practice, he served for four years on the Orange County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Board, contributing to attorney development and professional advancement initiatives. He is no longer on the Board, as he has shifted his focus toward supporting young attorney entrepreneurship and leadership in action.
