Attorney Thomas E. Walling has extensive litigation experience including all aspects of business litigation, trademark disputes, bankruptcy litigation, administrative law matters, labor law litigation, and real estate disputes. He has successfully represented clients before in administrative proceedings as well as trial courts and courts of appeal. Thomas also has substantial transactional experience, including contract drafting, corporate formation and compliance, and regulatory compliance.
Prior experience includes 14 years of broad-based management, including conducting corporate regulatory compliance audits, as well as managing regulatory compliance programs which relied upon Thomas’ extensive knowledge of chemistry, engineering, and accounting principles.
